Service Agreement
The following service agreement outlines our policies and procedures. As a new and highly valued customer, we will provide a copy of this agreement for your records. By signing this agreement, you give Paw of Doody LLC permission to enter your property to perform said duties and agree to all the stipulations herein.
1. Our Fees: For Spring Clean Up, the agreed upon payment is due prior to or at the time of service. For all recurring customers invoices, will be billed monthly on the 1st of each month and due no later than the 10th of that month.
2. Late Fees: There will be a late fee of $10.00 for payments not received by 15th of that month. A $25.00 service charge will be added for checks returned by the bank. Any account unpaid after 90 days will be subject to legal action.
3. Credit Card Authorization. When saving your card on file with us you are agreeing to charge your credit card for the agreed upon purchases. You understand that your information will be saved to file for future transactions on your account. You may cancel this authorization at any time by contacting us. This authorization will remain in effect until canceled.
4. Pickup Date: Your scheduled pickup day is subject to change. Pickup day could change, temporarily due to Holiday or weather-related instances. We also reserve the right to permanently change the day of your pickup if it does not work with our scooper’s schedule. Of course, we will do our best to keep your schedule as normal as possible, and we will make sure to notify you before any and all changes are to be made.
5. Acts of Nature: Pertaining to recurring customers, we will do everything on our part to make sure you have a “doody” free yard, however elements in nature happen. If forces of nature prevent us from cleaning your yard, we will be sure to spend extra time to get it doody-free, when we are able.
